…and we do pork (sometimes a little chicken if you ask) at your party, affair or event. We love spit roasting Pig over hardwood charcoal. If you love Pig, if you cheer when Emeril says “pork fat rules” you’re in the right place.

We bring fresh pig on spit to your location, serving 40 guests or more. No ham or other “parts” we spit roast the pig right there where your guests and neighbors can see and SMELL it. The pig is first covered in our special blend of seasoning and then SLOW turned over hard wood charcoal with just a little Hickory added for flavor.
