How do we pay?

The Porkers accepts cash and personal checks for deposits. A 50% deposit is required at time of booking to hold the date. 1/2 of the balance is due either by cash or check 10 days prior to the affair. The balance is due in cash at the conclusion of the party.

Do The Porkers bring everything?

Yes, we will arrive at your party with everything needed to cook and serve your menu.

What if there is no electricity where I’m having my pig roast.

No problem we can bring a generator for a small fee.

What if there is no running water where I’m planning my pig roast.

This is also is not a problem. A small additional fee we’ll bring all the water that is needed.

How big a pig do I need?

The question here is; does size matter? Yes it does and we are expert. You needn’t worry about how big a pig. Tell us how many people you are planning to serve and we’ll be sure there is plenty to go around and extra to take home. It is okay make a pig of yourself…

How long does it take to cook?

To get the pig just right we’ll need 4 to 6 hours of cooking time. Really its easy for you. Just tell us the time you’d like to be eating and we’ll be sure everything is ready for then.

What if some one at the party doesn’t like pork or doesn’t eat meat?

That is really too bad… But we don’t want anyone to go hungry. If you know this in advance tell us! If not we usually bring a few vegetables with us and we’re happy to grill them up for the poor porkless soul.

What about drinks snacks and chips?

We have been known to help here but we are really pig cooks not chip dippers. Call and ask, if we can help we will.

What about rain dates?

The only date we guarantee is the date you book. You can also guarantee a rain date at the time of booking for a fee. That not withstanding, there is no cancellation within 24 hours. Outside of 24 hours we’ll do the best we can to reschedule you, but our weekends fill up fast.
