This menu is for large groups (on a budget) where the food has to be great and filling but it is not center of attention. Base menu with chicken starts at just $16pp plus tax and gratuity

Pig and a Poke We bring and cook the pig, you or your guests provide the sides. The Porkers to bring their pig cooking experience and let you handle just about everything else. The Porkers will bring a seasoned 50 (approximately) pound pig. We cook and carve it to perfection. We serve the tender pork and tasty crackelen (pig skin) in party trays on stands. When the cooking is done we clean our area and we are on our way. NO mess, just great pork!

The Complete Do-It-Yourself Pig Roast Package So you want to roast a pig yourself, here’s everything you need except the appetite. The Porkers will deliver to you: A fresh 40lb spited and seasoned pig The spit to roast the pig on Pig rub for the best crackelen you have ever had All the hardwood charcoal you’ll need and even a charcoal chimney to get it started. Also included is a meat thermometer and instructions on how cook carve your pig.
